Burger Project

I have given birth last Saturday (March 17, 2012) to a BURGER and its name is IWANTTOBEANINTERN!

Went to Maginhawa Street to eat @TheBurgerProject + Churros at the neighboring cafe!

The Burger Project

From Spot.ph

BRGR: The Burger Project, which recently opened on Maginhawa Street, Quezon City, is all about the perfect burger, just the way you like it. With fourteen toppings and sauces and four kinds of cheeses, plus an option to go healthy with their tofu burger patties, it's difficult not to have the perfect burger meal at this spot. With over 50,000 possible combinations, choose from Bleu, Mozzarella, Gruyere, or Cheddar cheese and pile on toppings such as bacon, chili con carne, pepperoni, guacamole, sun dried tomatoes, kimchi, pineapple slices, and mango salsa. Then, top your burger with your choice of wasabi mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, teriyaki, pesto, buffalo wings sauce, or the Special BRGR sauce.

My experience at The Burger Project:

I had no idea how to order at first but then they gave us this cute little clip board and a bucket(?) of pens to use on the "questionnaire"/"checklist" of what we wanted on our burger. It was cute how we get to name the burger and make it totally our own. But if that's not your thing you could just order off the designer burgers which also sounds yummy.

Pictured above is my blockmates order: Western Burger. It has sauteed mushrooms, onion rings and a whole lot of other good stuff.

I wasn't able to take a picture of my burger as it was a spur of the moment decision to come so I didn't have my camera with me.

But here's what goes into the IWANTTOBEANINTERN burger:
angus beef buger patty, sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, mozarella, special BRGR sauce, caramelized onions.

Also ordered Iced tea which was Yum too!

The burger is GREAT. The patty was juicy, cooked just right, the meat was tender as well.

Worth traveling all the way to Maginhawa Street!
